VigRX Plus results – Week 10

Hey guys! I’m still going strong on VigRX Plus. But I have way too much work to do, so I’ll properly just update my site every 2 weeks. I have done some research this week to see if there is any way you can get the same effect as VigRX Plus, but just with fruit and veggies. I don’t feel like taking pills the rest of my life. What I found is the pomegranate fruit is the way to go. But it’s quite expensive, so I have just bought a few of them to test it out. I’ll write my progress in the end of next week.

My penis exercise routine: 5 min warm up with a hot towel – 5 min penis stretching – 5 min Jelqing. I have started doing squeeze exercises. It’s basically just trying to stop peeing and then relax and start peeing and then stop it again. I do that whenever I go to the bathroom.

The results after the tenth week:

  • Penis length: +0.6 inch!  !!!!!!
  • Penis grid: +0.5 inch!
  • Erection problem: Almost gone!
  • Sexual urge has increased.
  • More intense orgasms.

The length is slowly increasing. I hope the pomegranate is going to boost it next week

I’m back after 2 weeks of winter holyday in the Rocky Mountains I finally had a chance to relax a bit after weeks of hard work. But it also gave me a chance to change my Penis exercise routine to increase the results. I’m still eating loads of pomegranates; they are awesome on my breakfast cereal.

+0.8 inch! What a result! I’m defiantly going to do my penis exercise routine twice a day from now on. It does take some time, but I think its well worth it.
